TIVÙSAT
TivùSat is an Italian satellite TV service offering unrestricted viewing of over 130 channels including the RAI channels (Rai 1-5, Gulp, Movie, News24, Premium, Scuola, Sport, Storia, Yoyo), the Mediaset channels (Retequattro, Canale 5, Italia 1, Boing, Boing Plus, Cartoonito, Cine34, Iris, La5, Mediaset Extra, Canale 20, Cine34, Focus, Italia 2, Top Crime, Tgcom24, R101TV, Virgin Radio TV) and a broad selection of international channels. Access to the TivùSat service is via a satellite TV system with the dish aligned to the Hotbird satellite at 13° east.
With many channels covering all genres, the TivùSat package meets the preferences and tastes of the whole family - entertainment, news, culture, sports, drama, music, cinema. The vast television line up continues to be enriched with new channels and programs.
Best of all the TivùSat service does not suffer from encrypted blackouts when rights-restricted programmes are being aired so the channels are available 24 hours a day with NO monthly fees or subscriptions.
The TivùSat card can only be activated following registration to an Italian national. We arrange the registration for you prior to dispatch so your box and card are operating upon delivery. The details needed for this can be seen here. Submit the details following the link from your order confirmation email. If you cannot provide the Italian information we can arrange registration in Italy on your behalf. There is a £50 surcharge for this service.
TivùSat HD can be purchased as a set top box and card combination for connection to your existing Hotbird satellite dish, as a complete system for self-installation or as a complete package including professional installation anywhere in the UK. In addition TivùSat is available as a CAM and card combination for use in TVs with a satellite tuner on non-TivùSat set top boxes with common interface (CI) capabilities. Prices start from just £149!

Tivùsat - major changes for 2021
Throughout 2021 virtually all Italian TV channels will only be visible with a Tivùsat HD or 4K device.
These channels have already made the switchover:
Nove, Cielo, DMAX, Real Time, Tv8, TV2000, K2, Frisbee, Iris, La5, Mediaset Extra, Mediaset Italia 2, TGCOM24, 20 Mediaset, TopCrime, Focus, Cine34, Boing,
Cartoonito, Cielo, Tv8, La7d, Nove, DMAX , Real Time, K2, Frisbee, TV2000 and all Rai Radio and TGR RAI channels.
Over the course of 2021, almost all channels on satellite TV will only be visible with an HD or 4K device, so change your old SD decoder immediately and you won't miss a thing!
